Who we are?
Let us introduce ourselves. We’re a national building broker that specialises in helping first and second home builders navigate the building process and achieve their dream homes.
While building your first home should be an exciting and enjoyable process, sadly this isn’t the reality for most people. Without someone to guide you, you might find yourself drowning in months of stressful and confusing phone calls filled with empty promises, piles of display brochures and promises that you can build the same house you’re in with just a “few” tweaks, and a bank account constantly screaming like that stock motor with 30psi shoved into it.
Our job is to prevent that scenario from happening.
We’ll help you to navigate the chaos, decipher the industry jargon, and avoid common mistakes so that you’re popping champagne instead of a tub of Ben & Jerry’s.
So, how do we do that? Let us break it down for you.
What is a building broker?
Building a home is an extensive, pricey, and often complicated process. Many first-time builders, unaware of the many procedures, paperwork, and other steps, find the process overwhelming.

To clarify, we’re a building broker, not a builder.
Building brokers help people navigate the building process, providing the information and tools needed to achieve their dream homes. Very similar to what finance brokers are and how they help navigate the best deal with all the banks and always focus on your best interests at heart, we do the same but for the entire build component.
Importantly, we don’t report to banks, builders, mortgage brokers, or any other third parties. We’re completely independent and are committed solely to you. As your biggest advocate, we’ll always be transparent and realistic when discussing your options, keeping in mind your budget, building schedule, and the nature of your block. We have a strict ‘no bullshit’ approach; and as we often say, we’re not here to fuck spiders. We’ll never compromise your wellbeing to get something over the line, so if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Lastly, we’re not just here for the project; we’re investing in the relationship and hope to stay connected long after your build is complete.
Of course, it’s possible to build your house without engaging a building broker. However, there’s no guarantee that your home will meet your expectations, be built to high standards, that the builder will stay on schedule, or that any complications will be handled smoothly. Everyone’s heard the horror stories – discreet clauses that cost people thousands, missed deadlines that lead to unbearable delays, and arguments with builders only prioritising their own interests.
A building broker gives you the best chance of being truly happy with your home and the journey you went through to achieve it.
