Had the best experience building our first home with Mr Enthusiast! From our first meeting, we were blown away with the incredible level of support and enthusiasm from Nik! He helped us plan the budget for the house, pick out a floorplan and get our finances in order. Throughout the entire process, Nik kept us updated on our build with progress updates and answered any questions and queries we had. Would 10/10 recommend Mr Enthusiast if you’re looking at building. Nik and Julia made the process super smooth, we went to have a quick chat with Nik to get our head around where we should be and the whole idea flowed from there. My brother in law referred us to Nik, Mr Enthusiast team as he is also in the process of building, 100 percent we recommend Nik to start your building journey, he is soo helpful, tells you straight, no hidden messages/money things your not aware of, we are building with la Vida homes through nik. We had a mind set on a certain design before going into our first meeting with Nik, however we were out of budget, we went with the pocket rocket design instead which still has 4x2, study and Theatre and we honestly love the design and the amount of yard space it gives us, he ensures dreams are met, after first meeting you feel like you've known him for yonks, so friendly, top bloke. (Even without his appendix haha) I know a lot of people say *our builder listens* but I can honestly say Nik truly does listen, Nik is straight to the point and tells you how it is. My partner and I reached out to have an info session with Nik unsure of what we would be able to do as we bought established 12 months ago but since then we have had heaps of trouble with neighbours and the area. After initially thinking there wasn’t much we could do anytime soon, with his help we are now building our dream home within only 3 sessions with him. Nik is super upfront and honest, he will straight up tell you what you can and can’t do and is more than happy to help in anyway! I can’t recommend Nik and his team enough, they make everything so easy!

Riley’s Quad Garage Experience
Well what a day today was! Got to slap the SOLD sticker on the for sale sign, turning a dream into reality. Never did I think coming into this year I would be purchasing a block to build my dream home on & I couldn’t of done it without the help of my good mate Nikola Cvetkoski A.K.A. Mr Enthusiast. I sat down with Nik over a month ago to chat about the pros and cons to building against buying established. Initially I was leaning towards buying a established with a nice sized shed to house my toys, but after speaking with Nik and going over a few of his 7 car garage designs and packages it was a no brainer! Who needs a shed when you have a 7 car garage, right? My only concern was finding a block big enough to fit it all and still have room down The side to fit a boat AND be close to where I work. For Nik this was no problem, he made a few calls and within 2 days he found exactly the block I was after! Flawless. If anyone’s in the same boat as I was, do yourself a favour and give Nik a call!

Nik is an absolute legend! Absolutely bent over backwards to get us into our first home! We have a very tight budget and He has diligently partnered with some absolute weapons in brokering and building to make the entire process as seamless as possible. We have always been informed every step of the way and have never felt like we were kept in the dark. He is as straight as an arrow, never tried to sell us a pipe dream and was entirely transparent, realistic and forthcoming. Nik and his team worked with us so that we could build something that we could be happy with, and could afford. We wouldn't build with anyone else!

We considered a few building companies but when we met Nik, his affable personality coupled with down-to-earth yet no nonsense practical approach was what won us over. His efficiency in drawing up the preliminary plans and catering to our multiple changes was second to none. You have always answered all my dumb and sometimes useless questions without hesitation and no judgement (I hope anyways 😜) for always going above and beyond for not only us but all your clients, it’s great to know we aren’t just a number or just another client, but to have also made a friend outside of building a house when it comes to car events or something as simple as having ice coffee obsession as a common interest we are very grateful for and just in general for everything you do and have done that we may or may not know about and to Julia working her magic behind the scenes, sending the 3 weekly photos & drone photos from their run and also organising the most gorgeous paintings (Mrs Enthusiast) it will give the house a homely feel straight away.
