Charlotte, meanwhile, has been in conveyancing for eight years, starting out as an outside clerk before working her way up to conveyancer. Her career has taken her from Perth to Melbourne and back again, giving her a unique ability to adapt to different systems and procedures across states.

Known for her bubbly personality and quick wit, Charlotte has a knack for brightening people’s days while keeping the settlement process running smoothly. She’s committed to building strong relationships with clients and referral partners, and always goes the extra mile to make sure settlements are seamless. When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her with her husband Joel and their two much-loved dogs, Thor and Loki.
