Can I Make Changes to a House Plan? Do You do Custom Builds?

Yes to both of these questions.

If you find a house plan on our website that you like but want to make some changes, for example, you want to make a room bigger or move the door, these are easy changes and can be made in two seconds in one of our meetings. Moving a wall or making adjustments won’t cost you anything either. In fact, its only additions to the house that have any changes on the house price. That being said, it goes both ways, if you want to remove something from the house like delete a wall or door, that will be credited back to you as well.

Custom builds are something we do every day. However, a complete custom house comes at a premium price. Therefore, our advice to people is to find a design that the builder already has in their catalogue that is as close as possible to what you want and then make changes. These designs are already priced with minimum margins so you won’t have to pay a premium price to build your dream home.
